Privacy Notice

PHI Watches respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through our waitlist. We will update our business identification details once the relevant registration is complete.

What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist we collect your first name and email address, and your mobile number if you choose to give it. Your mobile is optional and the waitlist works without it. We use these details to manage the waitlist and to send the updates you expressly agreed to receive about PHI Watches pre-orders and product releases: email if you consented to email, and SMS if you separately consented to SMS.

How we handle your information

We use Vercel to host this website and Klaviyo to manage our email list. These providers may process information outside Australia. We use only the providers needed to operate the waitlist, and we ask them to protect personal information appropriately.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, and you can stop SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also ask us to access or correct your personal information, ask us to delete it, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing farid@phiwatches.com.au.

SMS

SMS is opt-in and separate from email. We only text you if you gave us a mobile number and ticked the SMS box on the waitlist form; ticking the email box alone never signs you up for SMS. If you opt in, we send launch and pre-order messages, and on launch day we send the SMS before the email because pre-orders are first come, first served. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, which takes effect immediately and does not affect your email updates.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our practices change. The current version will always be published on this page.
